ICG MASTER TRAINER

Life Fitness NZ are excited to have our first ICG Master Trainer, Erin Brown join our team.

Erin has been teaching exercise classes for 18 years and was excited by the ICG Coach by Colour training programme for the Life Fitness ICG Indoor Cycles. As a fitness instructor and Gym Manager of the AUT South and City Campuses, Erin has been studying and is now a qualified ICG Master Trainer.

Coach By Colour is to bring a simple and intuitive form of communication to Group Cycling to improve the riders experience and to achieve their fitness results.

Erin will come to you and train your staff to run the ICG Coach By Colour programme to your members using the Life Fitness ICG range of indoor cycles.
