GOLD SERVICE PACK

Our GOLD package means you pay nothing on Life Fitness* parts, labour or travel. One fixed monthly payment (calculated on a per gym basis) ensures total maintenance coverage. This is the ultimate package for keeping all of your equipment in pristine condition without worrying about costly breakdowns. It can’t get any easier than that!

The package includes:

  • Quarterly preventative maintenance visits
  • Guaranteed response on breakdowns within two working days
  • No charge for breakdown call outs
  • No charge on travel
  • No charge on labour
  • No charge for Life Fitness parts

SILVER SERVICE PACK

Our SILVER package means you receive labour and travel free of charge with a 20% discount on all Life Fitness* equipment parts. One fixed monthly payment (calculated on a per gym basis) ensures piece of mind maintenance coverage. This is a fantastic package for keeping all of your equipment in pristine condition.

The package includes:

  • Quarterly preventative maintenance visits
  • Guaranteed response on breakdowns within two working days
  • No charge for breakdown call outs
  • No charge on travel
  • No charge for labour
  • 20% discount on all Life Fitness parts

BRONZE SERVICE PACK

Our BRONZE package means you receive a hassle-free quarterly preventive maintenance service visit on Life Fitness* equipment with labour and travel free of charge. A report will be presented at the end of each service, offering professional advice on any parts that may need to be repaired or replaced. One fixed monthly payment (calculated on a per gym basis) ensures piece of mind maintenance coverage. This is a great package for keeping all of your equipment in prestine condition for the budget conscious and leaves you in control of your spending.

The package includes:

  • Quarterly preventative maintenance visits with labour and travel free of charge
  • Priority response time on breakdowns (chargeable)
  • 20% discount on all Life Fitness parts

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE VISITS

All off our technicians are fully qualified and hold EAS practicing licenses. Below is a list of checks that our service technicians carry out on each machine, each visit. This list applies to all three Service Level Agreements:

TREADMILLS

  • Remove shrouds and clean motor
  • Check drive belt and rollers
  • Check Emergency Stop function
  • Check user detection function
  • Machines levelled
  • Correct tracking of belts.
  • Belts walked in (if applicable)
  • No unusual noises
  • Shrouds secure
  • Structural bolts secure
  • Check supply cables & cords
  • Check Heart Rate function (if applicable)
  • Basic operation
  • Basic configuration settings
  • Check television tuning (if applicable)

CROSS TRAINERS

  • Check, clean and lubricate drive chain, step chains and sprockets (Bi-Annually)
  • Check bearing tracks (Bi-Annually)
  • Check drive motor speed
  • Check console functionality and activity zone
  • Check user detection function
  • Check floor level
  • Check for unusual noises
  • Clean operational surfaces
  • Check shrouds, structural nut and bolts
  • Check power cables and leads
  • Check heart rate function and basic configuration settings

ROWERS / ERGS

  • Check and clean fan blades
  • Structural bolts secure

  • Check chain, sprocket and bungy cord
  • No fluid leaks (if applicable)
  • No unusual noises
  • Check Heart Rate function (if applicable)
  • Basic operation
  • Basic configuration settings

ASSAULT AIR BIKES / RUNNERS

  • Check and clean fan blades (dismantling fan blades to clean is not recommended by the manufacturer)
  • Check flywheel and sprockets
  • Check unit for unusual noise
  • Check unit for damaged or loose components
  • Check unit for floor level balance to ensure it doesn’t rock
  • Check/tighten pedals
  • Check crank bolts/re-secure with Loctite if needed
  • Check/tighten linkage arm hardware
  • Check bottom bracket for play or grinding noise
  • Check adjustment of chain tension
  • Lubricate chains if necessary

SPIN BIKES

  • Structural bolts secure
  • Shrouds secure (if applicable).
  • Correct operation of sliding parts.
  • Check all cables.
  • Correct alignment of weight stack pins.
  • Pulleys moving freely.
  • Machines levelled.
  • No unusual noises.
  • Clean operational surfaces
