Add a total-body upgrade to your ICG bikes with studio dumbbells. Exercisers can engage their upper body with several different training options while riding. Dumbbells are available up to 10 lbs., allowing your exercisers to pick the weight that’s right for them.
The dumbbells are designed with user function in mind, and are also made of high-quality urethane that protects the dumbbells, racks and floors from any nicks, scuffs or streaks.

Compatible with the IC4, IC5, IC6, IC7 Indoor Cycles and IC8 Power Trainer, the dumbbell holder enables exercisers to transition between cycling and weight training seamlessly. A lightweight steel wireframe construction easily attaches to the seat-post stem behind the rider without interfering with the exerciser’s pedaling.
The design of the holder allows for easy access to the dumbbells and supports up to 20 lbs total in weight. Perfect for adding variety to any indoor cycling workout.

An elastic drawstring ensures safe mounting for tablets and smartphones up to 12 inches long and 11mm thick. The bracket can be quickly and easily mounted on the front of the handlebar. The integrated rubber grip also ensures the device is securely attached with a stable fit.
The mount angle can be adjusted for optimal visibility during workout.
