Completed in 2023, this state-of-the-art fitness facility showcases our expertise in creating bespoke training studios to fulfill the unique needs of our esteemed client, SOH. The gym is located in Auckland central and offers a truly exceptional fitness experience.

SOH Gym features four distinct training studios, each designed to cater to different fitness styles. The ROH studio delivers a high-intensity, low-impact workout that combines cardio intervals on top-of-the-line rowing machines with strength intervals on custom FitBenches. For those seeking a high-energy boxing-inspired group fitness class, the BOX studio is the ideal choice. MANA, on the other hand, boasts a state-of-the-art studio equipped with Hammer Strength equipment, perfect for small group strength and conditioning training. Lastly, the HARMONY studio provides a tranquil space designed for relaxation, stretching, and mindful breathing.
