With close to 10 tonnes of free weights, it has everything you need, from dumbbells up to 60kg to a full range of Hammer Strength plate-loaded machines, rigs, racks, lifting platforms, and Life Fitness cable machines.

The expansive cardio room features over 70 pieces of Life Fitness premium SE4 cardio equipment, including 5 PowerMills, 24 Treadmills, 5 Arc Trainers, 15 Upright Bikes, 8 cross trainers, and 2 recumbent bikes. Plus, the spin studio is equipped with over 40 Life Fitness indoor cycles.
