Left. Right. Unstoppable.

Most machines lock athletes into one way of moving. This one doesn’t. With independent, unlocked workarms, the Super Squat Press gives athletes true unilateral training—one leg at a time — allowing them to fix imbalances, attack weak points, and load each side without compromise. It’s harder. It’s smarter. And it hits different. No other squat press machine does it like this.

Load it Like You Mean it

We gave the Super Squat Press extended weight horns so athletes can load it heavy—and then go heavier. What sets it apart is how it moves under serious weight; the four-bar linkage system keeps the ankle position dialed in and the motion smooth, even when the plates are stacked. That means more power output, less joint stress, and performance your athletes can trust when it counts. No strain. No stall. Just pure drive.

Do the workarms lock together?
No—and that’s intentional. Locking the arms would require added mechanisms that sacrifice rigidity, introduce a potential failure point, and honestly, there’s no true need for it. The independent arms are stable, solid, and allow for unilateral training without compromising feel or performance. We kept it simple, strong, and smart—just the way athletes want it.

What makes the Hammer Strength Super Squat Press different from traditional squat presses?
Our Super Squat Press uses a four-bar linkage to maintain consistent ankle positioning and delivers a more precise strength curve throughout the movement. It also features independent arms for unilateral training—something no one else offers.

Is the back pad adjustable?
No—and it doesn’t need to be. The articulating foot platforms do the work of positioning the body properly throughout the range of motion. That means athletes will always be in a strong, comfortable pressing position without the added complexity of moving the back pad around. Clean setup, zero distractions.

How many racking positions are there?
There are 3 racking positions to accommodate athletes of all shapes and sizes.
