The rugged HD Elite Multi Adjustable Bench is load rated, tested, and certified for a user and training weight of 1,255 lbs (568 kg). Three seat adjustment angles (0°, 15°, 30°) and six back adjustment angles (0°, 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75°) ensure you get the ideal position you want on every lift. The bench stands at 18” in the flat position.
The bench comes in standard width (11.5”/29.1 cm) and XL width (13.5”/33.6 cm) for athletes who require a wider lifting surface.

Dock'N'Lock
Both the standard and XL are available with the Dock ‘n’ Lock system. Dock ‘n’ Lock ensures that the bench is centered in the rack, consistently positioned and locked in place. The bench has a lever-action locking pin controlled with a handle that can be easily disengaged by pushing the handle down. The bench can then be rolled to the desired position while seated. The spring-loaded pin engages the slots on the Dock ‘n’ Lock rail for an accurate and secure position.
