Should I face in or out when performing squats?
Our Ground Base® Squat / High Pull allows users to face either direction based on their training goals and comfort. Facing out provides a more traditional squat setup with a natural grip on the angled handles, while facing in can adjust the loading pattern and engagement. Both options reinforce full-body stability and proper force production.

Are the work arms independent on the Ground Base® Squat / High Pull?
Yes, the work arms are independent to allow for high pulls to be performed on either side of the machine.
